Atlantic Medical Imaging (AMI) has earned the prestigious USA Today Top Workplaces Industry Award for 2025. The award is administered and presented by Energage, an organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces. The Top Workplaces program has an 18-year history of surveying and celebrating people-first organizations nationally and across 60 regional markets.
Top Workplaces Industry awards honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional, people-first cultures. This year, more than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate. The winners are recognized for their commitment to fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes employee listening and engagement. USA Today showcased the winners online and at the National Awards Summit in Las Vegas. Top Workplaces awards are based on qualitative and quantitative feedback from a research-backed employee engagement survey.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a distinct honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re enabling employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount to the success of any organization. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays important dividends.”
“We are proud and honored to have earned this prestigious recognition,” said Dr. David Levi, CEO of AMI. “As we continue to grow, it’s vital that we maintain and enhance a culture in which employees are valued and take pride their workplace.”
